Individual therapy

Individual therapy sessions are a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to work through your difficult emotions, memories, and thoughts.

Through a collaborative model, we’ll work together to develop a plan to manage challenges, make changes, and build your skills.

My goal is to help you feel confident communicating who you are and what you need and want in your relationships by seeing you and validating your experience.

Whether ‘Big-T’ or ‘Little-T’ trauma, I want to help you find ways to manage your symptoms and feel empowered to use these skills in your daily life.

I am trained in CBT and EMDR and primarily use these modalities along with mind-body practices to facilitate client growth. I work with clients ages 14 and up
