I’m passionate about helping you navigate these times because I’ve been there too. I know it takes courage to come to counseling.
I believe that mental health is a key aspect of an intentional and joy-filled human experience. I work from a holistic, anti-racist, strengths-based approach to guide clients in creating the life that they feel is most authentic to them.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I received my MSW from The University of Denver, where I also completed an Animal-Assisted Social Work Certificate. I have experience working with individuals who are experiencing difficult life transitions, depression, grief, neurodiversity, sexuality and gender changes, symptoms related to the Autism Spectrum, anxiety related disorders, disordered eating patterns, self-esteem issues, non-traditional relationships, and attachment / trauma-related issues amongst others.
While I work with ALL populations and want everyone to feel welcome. I specialize in working with individuals who may identify as queer. As well as individuals in non-traditional relationships or interested in exploring different relational patterns.
